The main specialty at the Kobe Steakhouse & Sushi Bar is the Kobe Beef. According to the restaurant’s website at “KOBE beef comes from a particular breed of cattle raised for its unique quality of fat marbled throughout the meat itself… The result is a meat that is tender, succulent, and richly flavored. The thin hints of fat that are almost impossibly layered throughout the meat results in a rich flavor that is unmatched by other steaks, even an Angus-quality filet mignon.”
During the food preparation there is a lot of slicing and dicing to keep even the most fidgety child entertained while the chef cooks meals for the entire table. A special highlight is the sliced onion "volcano" that spews out smoke on the sizzling grill. Top it off with Kobe's special “white sauce,” and you are guaranteed not to go home hungry after a visit to any one of the Kobe Steakhouses in the Orlando area.
