What is covered covered by Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)?
I rented a car and ended up crashing it into a snow bank while trying to get into a turn out. The car has suffered some minor damage but the frame is fine. Fortunately, I did sign up for LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) when I rented out the car. Will this damage waiver that I bought cover the damage to the rental car? Are there any restrictions on what or what is not covered?
The loss damage waiver that you purchased will cover any loss of or damage to the rental car, during your rental, as long as you have complied with the terms of your rental agreement. (only authorized drivers, obeying traffic laws, etc.) As long as you have complied with the terms on your contract, the LDW that you purchased will cover that damage from your accident.
