Long Term Car Rental - Rent or Lease?

I'm looking to lease a car from Enterprise. Can you lease a car from them? Not rent but lease?

Although it is more similar to a lease type program, renting for more than a month is still a rental.

Enterprise calls this type of program the Month-Or-More Rental Plan.

They say you can save up to $75 off their regular monthly rates.

I checked on their website and it said you "could speak with a Month-Or-More specialist who will answer all your questions, and make all your arrangements by calling 1-800-209-3602 "
