For many months now, Splash Mountain was a sorry sight to see, and a real shocker even for once-a-year visitors. Beehives were missing their spinning insects. Animatronics talked through clenched teeth, and others were missing altogether. Fortunately, the ride cleaned up its act a few weeks ago—literally everything was working! Alas, the band-aids didn’t hold, and there doesn’t seem to have been a culture change, because things are broken again.
Also covered: broken directional signs on Osceola Pkwy, weird historical facts, and a review of "The Dark Side of Disney" book.
Lastly, join the regulars at WDW! We had 28 folks at our last weekly meeting. http://www.facebook.com/groups/144260245665374/
