Big Thunder refurb: rebuilt queue, guard railings everywhere

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad chugs along with its major refurbishment. Trackwork is done now, but the queue building is still being re-created, almost rebuilt from the ground up. They are also rebuilding guardrails, and some of the props are missing, hopefully to be re-added later.
