Here's how it works. No forms to fill out, just sell Park Square resort homes. It costs nothing to join, but pays to be a member. The more your office sells, the more you earn as a President's Club Member: effective January 1, 2006.
First sale* = 10% commission
Second through fourth sale* = 10.5% commission
Fifth sale through tenth sale*= 11% commission
