February 14, 2010 the Great American Race, the Daytona 500 will take place at Daytona International speedway. Multiple Grammy Award winner and superstar Tim McGraw will perform the Daytona 500 Pre-Race show, which is the pre-race extravaganza leading up to the start of “The Great American Race”.
All race fans that purchase Pre-Race/Sprint FANZONE access pass for the race will be able to view McGraw’s Pre-Race show as well as the driver introductions from the grass tri-oval area.
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver and two-time Daytona 500 champion Michael Waltrip will begin his 25th year in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at the Daytona 500. To mark his special occasion, Daytona International Speedway and Waltrip are joining forces with a special Michael Waltrip Daytona 500 Celebration package for $129.00 which includes a race ticket, question and answer session with Waltrip, Celebration party with Waltrip and an Autographed commemorative event ticket.
