Guests can enjoy the latest “foodie scoop” from event host, renowned Central Florida food critic and writer, Scott Joseph, as well as cooking demonstrations and sweet and savory dishes from Rosen Plaza’s Executive Chef Michael McMullen, Rosen Centre’s Executive Chef Michael Rumplik and Rosen Shingle Creek’s Executive Chef Jorge Oliviera and Executive Pastry Chef David Ramirez. Guests can also tour Harris Rosen’s Little Haiti House, making its first public display at the show. This first-of-its-kind event was created to benefit the Rosen Haiti Relief Fund, which is supported by the Harris Rosen Foundation. Tickets to this special event are limited and must be purchased in advance online.
