Luxury Car Rental in Tampa
I'm going to Tampa for a week (Friday to Friday) in about three weeks. I want to rent a Cadillac DTS, and not a Towncar, or Cadillac CTS. How do I ensure I get the right car, and who has the best rates for this?
Several car rental companies carry the Cadillac DTS in their luxury car category.. but they also carry other makes or models and generally do not quarantee which one you would recieve.. that's why you'll usually see a statement when searching for makes and models, of "... Cadillac DTS or similar..."
You would have to contact a car rental reservation agent from each company individually to determine whether or not a specific make or model can be requested, and if so, if it can be guaranteed.

As far as who has the best prices... that I don't know... car rental prices vary from company to company, city to city and will depend on your specific dates and times of pick up and return.
