Orlando Balloon Rides to Launch Nation's Largest Hot Air Balloon. This October, Orlando Balloon Rides, the nation's biggest hot air balloon operator, will launch the largest hot air balloon in the United States.

Currently in production at Ultramagic in Spain, the balloon will tower more than 11 stories and will be able to carry 24 passengers. To launch its new addition, Orlando Balloon Rides will be giving 24 people an opportunity to ride in the inaugural flight. Pairs of tickets will be given away through the company's Facebook page, through chosen charities and other outlets.

Orlando International Airport Traffic up so many Orlando hotel rooms will be booked fast. A 6.8 percent increase in international traffic helped offset a 0.44 decrease in domestic traffic at Orlando International Airport in July.

Overall traffic at the airport increased to 3.27 million passengers in July, a 0.26 percent increase over the previous month.
