SAS announces new route to Shanghai

This summer, SAS Scandinavian Airlines has announced that it will be expanding its long-haul operations by launching a new route to Shanghai via Copenhagen from Heathrow to complement the existing service to Beijing. In addition, the airline has announced great sale return fares to Bangkok and Tokyo, meaning that there has never been a better time to travel to Asia with SAS!

In spring 2012, Scandinavian Airlines will launch a new route from Heathrow to Shanghai via Copenhagen. The new service will run five times a week and is scheduled to offer smooth connections from London to Shanghai, China. The new Shanghai route will be served by an Airbus A340-300, the largest aircraft in the SAS fleet, offering 245 seats with a choice of three classes:
Business, Economy Extra and Economy.
