This is a guide for the popular Miami weather and the area in the greater Miami area. For tourists coming down to visit Miami's award winning zones it is good to know what kind of area you might be heading to while on vacation. Bal Harbor is on 96th and Collins Avenue. This area has palm shaded walking/jogging paths, watersport rentals, and fishing. There are no lifeguards or showers here. Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Beach is located at 1200 South Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne.

This area has a historic lighthouse, restrooms, walking trails, chairs and watersport rentals, fishing, lifeguards, and barbeque grills with picnic tables also. Crandon Park Beach is located at 4000 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne. This is a lagoon type zone that is three miles long. This Miami beach weather is extremely family friendly. It has wheelchairs for rent, a carousel for children, playgrounds, picnic areas, bike trails, chair and watersports rentals, fishing, volleyball, showers, and lifeguards. The next beach is extremely not family friendly.

This beach is Haulover Beach Park and it is located at 10800 Collins Avenue. This beach has quite an eclectic mix. Haulover Beach has a very spacious beach with a kite flying beach with a huge kite store. It also has a nine-hole golf course. They have tennis courts. The clothing optional section on the north end it by far what this beach is most famous for. Among all these things other features of the beach are; food/drink stands, barbeque grills with picnic tables, fishing, walking paths, volleyball, chair rentals, restrooms, and lifeguards. Hobie Beach/Windsurfer Weather in the Beach is good and is located on the south end which is the north side of Rickenbacker Causeway in Key Biscayne.

This is a secluded inlet beach in which dogs are allowed and is most popular among windsurfers. There is a food/drink stand, walking/bike trails, fishing, and watersport rentals. This beach also has a stunning view of the Downtown Miami skyline. Homestead Bayfront Park is located at 9698 South West 328th Street in Homestead. This is a palm shaded beach that is on the Bay of Biscayne. The qualities of this beach are barbeque grills with picnic tables, fishing, food/beverage stands, restrooms, and lifeguards. Miami Beach Central beaches and weather control are from 21st Street to 46th Street running adjacent to Collins Avenue.

Some of the features of this beach are as follows; chairs/umbrella rentals, volleyball, watersports rentals, walking trail, and lifeguards.


Central Beach also has a raised boardwalk over the dunes that is very popular for strolling and jogging. Miami Beach North is the area of beaches on Collins Avenue that cover 46th Street to 78th Street. This beach has a community center and an old fashioned band-shell in a park adjoining the beach. This beach has shower facilities, chair rentals, volleyball, fishing, watersports rental, and lifeguards on duty for climate and weather changes alerts. One of the most popular beaches is South Beach of course because of the southern Miami Weather.

South is located from Ocean Drive and 5th Street to Collins Avenue and 21st Street. The feature set of this beach is food/drink concession stands, walking trails, chair/umbrella rental, volleyball, watersports rentals, shower facilities, and lifeguards.
