Sapori di Lago Rassegna Gastronomica

It was one of my readers who first brought the Sapori di Lago to my attention. This three-day event is taking place all this weekend at Lido Blu in Stresa, which is the part of the lakefront directly across from the Regina Palace Hotel. As you can see from the menu below, this is an opportunity to try many traditional dishes, cheeses, and desserts of the region, with the purchase of one ticket for admission. The dishes will be prepared continuously all three days, from 12 noon to 10 pm on Friday, and from 11 am to 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
