Rental Car question for Federal Employee?

Are there government rates per day for rental car and does it limit what type of car should I can rent?

You should check with your HR department and whomever handles your department's travel arrangements.

Government rental rates are often restricted to certain vehicles when on official government travel, but government employees (and military personnel) are often entitled to leisure rates on most vehicles if not on government travel orders.
