This is open to people of any age as well. However, one may experience difficulty in controlling the boards the first time.

There are many methods that one can use in paddle boarding. This can help him improves his control over the board. If he gets more familiar with the different methods, paddling may just seem a child's play for him. He just needs practice, time and patience to learn them.
